Endurance Experience – Brasilia, Brazil

The project that has already taken more than 30 new endurance riders to Brazilian tracks.

Chevaux, a company organizing equestrian events all over Brazil, seeking to promote and strengthen equestrian sports in the country through Endurance Experience. Chevaux believes that being in touch with horses is being in touch with nature, family, values and with all the best the equestrian world can offer.

Endurance Experience was born from the belief that anyone who gets to know Endurance, falls in love with the sport very quickly. The category can be a bit intimidating for those who doesn’t know the dynamics and peculiarities of it. So Chevaux thought of a way to make a first contact with Endurance, in a simple and safe way.

The participants only need to sign up for the project and on the day of the scheduled ride everything will be ready: equipment, staff, and horse – selected according to participant’s riding level. In addition, the company subsidizes part of the cost making the value more attractive for those who are interested in the project.

When Catetinho Equestrian Center (Centro Equestre Catetinho) came to Chevaux, the project became realty, the initiative finally had horses and a team to offer for the participants. Endurance Experience has proven its initial idea: those who experience Endurance are delighted and are willing to return.
Currently, the project takes place only in Brasilia, in all stages of the regional championship. It was the partnership with Catetinho Equestrian Center that allowed Chevaux to implement the project in the capital, and they rely on partners in other states to expand. It is also worth remembering that the project has already received participants from another state of Brazil.

The demand for vacancies in the project was big, the initiative was very well received. Last year, there were 6 editions of Endurance Experience, which took more than 30 new riders to the tracks. Everybody liked it, the vast majority returned to Endurance races, to get closer to the sport, and some of them became, in fact, an endurance athlete.
The company thinks that the result was very positive and expects an even higher conversion rate in 2017. The more competitors are engaged in spreading the sport, the more friends they can bring to the sport.
Endurance Experience is just a short cut.
